OVERFLOW STATUS - What does it mean?

Cleveland winters can be especially hard. "Overflow"

goes into effect when the weather is deemed potentially life-threatening (<20°F with a wind chill).

During this time at Crossroads and Laura's Home, no one is turned away, 24-hr walk-in registration, short-term clients remain inside all day and "Overflow" status remains in effect until further notice.
