Pathways Adopt-a-Day Group

PATHWAYS ADOPT-A-DAY OUT OF SCHOOL *Direct-Child Resident Contact
LOCATION: Laura’s Home- 18120 Puritas Ave., Cleveland, Ohio 44135
AVAILABLE TIMES: Weekdays, from 8:45-11:30am or 12:45-2:30pm **only available on no-school days or during summer when coordinated with Family Ministry Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Adopt a day or partial day of programming for our school age kids and bring a group who will provide
   the crafts, snacks, and activities/recreation.
2. Work with Pathways program staff prior to your date of service to coordinate plans for the day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Groups of 5-8 adults (18 years or older)
2. Excited about working with kids in crisis
3. Work respectfully under TCM staff
4. Understanding of the boundaries pertaining to the position
5. Abides by the TCM’s Statement of Faith at all times
6. Free of an addictive lifestyle

ONBOARDING EXPECTATIONS:

1. Attend Volunteer 101 Session
2. Complete Online Application
3. Sign Volunteer Waiver
4. Acknowledge Statement of Faith (for group leader)
5. Communication with Pathways staff
6. Sign Doctrinal Policy (if there is a spiritual component in activities)
