ABBREVIATED TERMS & CONDITIONS
The grand prize for this drawing is the Harley-Davidson® 2020 Electra Glide ® Standard. The color of this motorcycle prize is black, as pictured, and is the only color available. The drawing will take place at the Ride with a Mission post-ride party at 5310 Carnegie Ave., Cleveland, OH 44103 on September 12, 2020. Winner need not be present to claim prize. Should the winner not be present at the time of drawing, they will be notified at the contact info provided at their time of purpose soon as possible.
I understand that while The City Mission is a 501(c)(3) organization, this purchase of raffle tickets is not a tax-deductible gift.
I also understand that there is no cash value option for this prize in lieu of accepting the advertised prize itself. The motorcycle is the sole grand prize, there is no cash alternative.
I understand that the winner is responsible for paying the IRS prize taxes, currently (12/16/19) determined to be 25% of the fair market value of the motorcycle before taking delivery of the motorcycle. I will provide to The City Mission a check payable to The City Mission for the prize taxes, a completed W-9, and a copy of my driver’s license within 10 calendar days of the drawing in order to take possession of the motorcycle. I UNDERSTAND THAT IF I DO NOT FULFILL THESE REQUIREMENTS WITHIN THE 10 DAYS, I FORFEIT MY WINNINGS.
Should I win the drawing, I am responsible for taking delivery of the motorcycle at 5310 Carnegie Ave. in Cleveland, Ohio, or arranging and paying for delivery to their location/destination no later than September 30, 2020.
