ART CART VOLUNTEER *Involves Direct Resident Contact
LOCATION: Crossroads- 5310 Carnegie Ave. Building C, Cleveland, OH 44103
TIME COMMITMENT: Monday-Friday, afternoons (specific time slots can be discussed). No weekend availability.
DUTIES:
- Develop and facilitate art lessons, or creative prompts/projects for Crossroads men (materials will be provided)
- Monitor and build healthy relationships with the men
- Adhere to policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be passionate about ministering to men in crisis
- Have the skills necessary to complete the tasks pertaining to the position
- Work respectfully under TCM staff
- Abides by the TCM’s Statement of Faith at all times
- Understand the boundaries pertaining to the position
- Confident leader
- Free of an addictive lifestyle
