Crossroads Art Cart Volunteer

ART CART VOLUNTEER *Involves Direct Resident Contact

LOCATION: Crossroads- 5310 Carnegie Ave. Building C, Cleveland, OH 44103

TIME COMMITMENT: Monday-Friday, afternoons (specific time slots can be discussed). No weekend availability.

DUTIES:

1. Develop and facilitate art lessons, or creative prompts/projects for Crossroads men (materials will be provided)
2. Monitor and build healthy relationships with the men
3. Adhere to policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be passionate about ministering to men in crisis
2. Have the skills necessary to complete the tasks pertaining to the position
3. Work respectfully under TCM staff
4. Abides by the TCM’s Statement of Faith at all times
5. Understand the boundaries pertaining to the position
6. Confident leader
7. Free of an addictive lifestyle
