CROSSROADS WAREHOUSE VOLUNTEER *Involves Direct Resident Contact

LOCATION: Main Campus- 5310 Carnegie Ave. Building A, Cleveland, OH 44103

AVAILABLE TIMES: Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm (flexible hours within that timeframe)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist with accepting, sorting, and organizing donations in warehouse
2. Separate clothes by types and gender, routing them to the final storage spot in the warehouse
3. Assist in keeping the warehouse space clean and orderly
4. Work alongside assigned Crossroads residents and Warehouse Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Able to stand, walk, and lift/carry bags and boxes throughout entire volunteer shift
2. Free of an addictive lifestyle
3. Understanding of the boundaries pertaining to the position
4. Work respectfully under TCM staff
5. Abides by the TCM’s Statement of Faith at all times
6. Have the skills necessary to complete the tasks pertaining to the position

4. Acknowledge Statement of Faith
5. Onsite visit with Staff
6. Background check
