Dominic Verdell
Crossroads Program Manager
Dominic came on staff with The City Mission as our Crossroads Program Manager after 15+ years in pastoral ministry focusing on adult discipleship, leadership development, and community outreach. A member of the team since November 2019, Dominic is committed to equipping the Crossroads staff to serve our men effectively and create an environment that fosters their spiritual and personal growth.
He also serves on the consulting team of Lifetogether Ministries, helping some of America’s largest and fastest growing churches and non-profits develop and produce small group curriculum. Prior to coming to The City Mission, Dominic was Pastor of Adult Discipleship and Community Care at Christ Church since 2013, a partner of TCM.
Dominic holds a B.A. from Capital University in Human Resources/ Management, and Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary in Cross-Cultural Ministry.
A native of the Cleveland area, Dominic grew up in the Old Brooklyn neighborhood. He’s married with two daughters.
