If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis, please contact us to learn about how we can help. If you need immediate help and it is safe to speak on the phone, it is best to call the numbers below for assistance, rather than submit an inquiry. You can also call 211, Cleveland’s first call for help, where a representative can direct you to the right resources for your situation.
Mothers with children and single women can call 216-472-5500 to learn about our Laura’s Home Women’s Crisis Center and check on room availability. Laura’s Home is currently full with a waiting list. Women must call in order to reserve their spot on the list – we are unable to add people to the waiting list through entries in the form below, but can provide you with more information.
Men can call 216-431-3515 with questions about our Crossroads Men’s Crisis Center and find out about available bed space.
